Niagara Furniture Bank Covid-19 Update – April 8. The hours of operation for the public will continue. Phone, and online operations are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm.
As of an essential service provider we are open to serve those in our community who are experiencing unfortunate circumstances. The Niagara Furniture Bank will continue to offer Hope, Joy and Aid. We do this by committing to and exceeding all existing policies. In addition to the lowering of the overall environmental impact.
The safety and well-being of all our team members remains our top priority. Thereby our operational warehouse is closed to any and all non related employees. No one is allowed into our buildings at anytime. To access you must have a scheduled appointment. All Covid-19 protocols, including contact tracing and screening have been conducted.
All scheduled deliveries, in addition to those we pick donations up from in the community will continue and adhere to all of our existing sound policies.
Staff who are able to work from home, are now fully up digitally to conduct “business as normal”, We ask all those who have dealings with us to please answer all calls with “unknown name” or “unknown number”. It is our team attempting to contact you.
At this time our Subsidized Furniture Showcase, located at 53 Ontario Street, in our old location, which had it’s GRAND OPENING yesterday, is now closed until further notice. Please head to our website for all online sales. We can offer you curb side pick up. As well as curb side delivery for your online purchases.
Drop off Donations
At of this date and time, April 8, 2021, 6:30am, all Drop Off donations are suspended until we have a more clear direction on how to handle these particular items. We kindly ask all our donors to please hold onto your items until we have received proper direction on how to unroll this critical part of our operations; because with you, there is no us.
