Keith Cummings

Board Member

Keith M. Cumming, the founder of the Niagara-based Prime Way Group of Companies, is a multi-award winning entrepreneur with a 25-year history of building over a dozen successful businesses. His extensive marketing, product development and manufacturing experience has helped make Prime Way a trusted supplier to major US and Canadian retailers such as Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Ace Hardware and Bed Bath & Beyond. The Group is also involved in land development, residential/recreational communities, as well as industrial and commercial plaza development and management. Keith sits on the Board of Directors of a number of corporations and non-profits, including founding in 2010, and vice-chairing the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce, currently with over 1,400 business members representing 30,000+ employees. He also volunteers considerable time to the community and speaks regularly to the MBA classes at Brock University, as well as to marketing & entrepreneurial classes at Niagara College. Keith and his wife Julie live in St. Catharines, Ontario and are proud parents of three children; Katlyn, Kyle and Matthew.

Cassidy Fenton

Cassidy Fenton is the newest member of our Board, officially joining the summer of 2012. She graduated with honours from the Sales & Marketing program at Niagara College and brings with her a unique set of skills with focus on Social Media and Brand Development. Cassidy grew up in the Niagara Region and became involved with NFB as a result of her passion to help build a bigger and stronger community.

Frank Rizzuto

Board Member

Involved with furniture bank since 2008 as board member. Saw need for this as a result of regional community organizations couldn’t handle the magnitude of inventory required to maintain the program. I have been involved in other various charitable organizations over the years including Rotary and school committees and Optimist youth. My practice as a financial advisor allows me the time to contribute to worthwhile causes like the furniture bank.

I first became involved with the Niagara Furniture Bank as one of the founding members. I am passionate about community initiative developments that help and assist people to live healthy and well balanced lives. I am a part of the Board of Directors and assist with Event Coordination and Community Drives. It’s been a great experience to be a part of building NFB and working with those who possess the same desire. I am confident that we are making a difference in the Niagara Region.

Rachel Epp is the owner and founder of Miss’es Clean, a local cleaning company offering cleaning services for the Niagara Region. For 18 years, Rachel has built a successful business for herself, while creating jobs for men and women who seek a positive work-life balance. As a supporter of the environment, Rachel has committed to being organic and chemical-free, thereby allowing Miss'es Clean to offer an safer and alternative way of cleaning. Miss’es Clean is also a proud partner of Cleaning for a Reason – an organization that offers complimentary cleaning services for women undergoing cancer treatment.
